A photographic work shot in the Swiss alpine village of Saas-Fee in the summer of 2008. The work is shot on transparency film, a roll of 36 images, around a grassy patch in the middle of the town. The patch, a sort of no-man's-land in the midle of a booming ski-resort, is thus thorougly documented, the camera being pointed at a spot in the center of the field for each shot, the town and the alpine mountains forming a background in the top part of the frame. Each image will be enlarged to around 80 cm x 120 cm. When installed the work will be arranged in a circle, each image hung 150 cm from the floor turned inwards into the circle.
